Cancellation Policy
📑 Dee Tax & Associates Booking Policy 🔹 Appointments • All appointments must be scheduled online or by phone. • Same-day bookings are subject to availability. • Virtual and in-person options are available. 🔹 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. • The deposit will be applied toward your tax preparation fee. 🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit. • No-shows may be charged an additional $25 before rebooking. 🔹 Payments • Remaining balances are due at the time of service. • Payment methods accepted: debit/credit card, PayPal, Cash App, or cash. 🔹 Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled, and the deposit forfeited. 🔹 Refunds • All tax preparation fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
